Who is 'That One' [unnamed]?

They "asked" the Angry Crowd:
       The One not one of Us?
       The pal of terrorists?
       Arabic middle-named?

The Crowd replied in kind:
       The One who'll scare my son!
       Off with his head! Kaboom.
       An Arab, not U.S.!

And They then feigned "Not so."
