Daily chores

The only way that I can do a chore
Is not to contemplate: What is this for?

Rewards of daily chores lie in themselves:
A mindfulness like that of polar elves.

Within each chore there lies serene escape
From daily woes whose worries now lose shape.

  3. I always do housework with the stereo on. It tends to turn into a club scene after awhile but it does take my mind off of other pressing issues. Great job.
