Super domes

Cathedral of the new age,
the stage of sport and pop bands,
the billion dollar outrage:
these bubbles in the heartlands —

What temples, mosques, or churches
have funny hats and badges
like ones seen from their perches? —
of "pigskin" pilgrims' hajjes.

  5. Badges / Hajjes... WOW. Very cool poem. Those super domes are definitely symbolic of who we are, for better or worse.
