    What is weird about the U.S. (big surprise) is that the Portland mayor is in some legal jeopardy simply by being in Oregon, and not Pennsylvania or Texas [ref]. Who knew?

    But it seems like the mayor kept tabs on B.B.'s birthday, trying to stay kosher.
